RETURNS & EXCHANGES
IN PERSON PICK UPS
24 Hour Window for in-person exchanges to be accepted. Exchange item has to have tag and be in original condition. No exchange for bodysuits, jewelry, baddie essentials or intimates. No refunds.
ON-LINE PURCHASES
Exchange accepted. No refunds. Customer is responsible for any costs associated with exchanges. For exchanges, please request same by completing the contact form below. You can then print your shipping label or go to your local post office to mail the item to our main address listed below. Once item is received back at our office we will review the item to ensure that it is unworn. We will then send you the tracking link for the exchange item.
