Returns & Exchanges

IN-PERSON PURCHASES

• Returns accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Customers are encouraged to try on items on the date of purchase and notify us of any fit/style issues. 

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

• Exchanges allowed for equal or lesser value items; difference refunded via original payment method.

• Final Sale items (e.g., bodysuits/jumpsuits, accessories and intimates) are non-returnable.

ONLINE PURCHASES

• Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

• Refunds processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
